The File item allows another database to be opened other than the database configured in the ini. Double clicking a string (with no spaces) will attempt to launch the program associated with the string i.e. an url will launch your internet browser, a path will open the folder, a doc will open Word, a txt will open notepad. Edit The Add item creates a blank record. The Cancel Edit item discards any changes you have made to the current record. The Delete item deletes the current record. The Date-Time button inserts the date and time at the current cursor position (for tracking data entry). The Reformat item adds a carriage return at the 80th character in each line. The first number is how many tabs per line. If you are running a low resolution monitor you may need to reduce this number. The default is 13 so you have 2 rows of tabs.
